NPC's Bidco Fiber saves the labor costs associated with wire mesh in ready-mix applications as well as in precast.Using fiber in your concrete is easy. Simply toss the premeasured bags into the concrete mixture - one bag per cubic yard of concrete - and allow 3 to 5 minutes for mixing. Additional water is not required even though concrete may appear stiffer. If a super-plasticizer is to be used, add and mix the fiber first.

Our fibers are coated with a special low foam finish that prevents balling and promotes dispersion of the fibers in the concrete. This finish minimizes the unwanted air-entrapment that often accompanies the use of inferior fibers originally designed for other purposes.
